Size guide

Stand on a piece of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel, then measure the distance in millimetres. Match your foot length to the table below. If you are between sizes, or if you have wider feet, size up.

Your foot should be at least 5 mm shorter than the inner shoe length for a comfortable fit. If you have wide feet, size up regardless of foot length.
