Collect or Receive

When placing your order, you can choose to either:

• Collect your order from our office in Pretoria, or

• Have your gear delivered directly to your door anywhere in South Africa.

Simply select your preferred option at checkout.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight and dimensions

• Delivery location (Gauteng or National)

We offer free shipping on all orders over R1,999.

Available shipping options at checkout include:

• Express Shipping

• Standard Shipping

• Free Shipping (for qualifying orders)

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times below are estimates. While Naturehike Africa strives to meet these timelines for both in-stock and pre-order items, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 09:30 AM on business days are processed and dispatched the same day.

• Orders placed after 09:30 AM are processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Speeds

Express Shipping

1–2 work days (from the next working day after dispatch)

Standard Shipping

3–5 work days (from the next working day after dispatch)

Free Shipping

3–5 work days (from the next working day after dispatch)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been collected by our courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
