At Naturehike Africa we'd like you to be 100% satisfied with the product(s) you've purchased. We're happy to exchange any items as long as they comply with the following terms and conditions:

Product Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase or if you did not receive what you ordered, Naturehike Africa will happily exchange the product or credit you for the purchase amount. The item has to be in new condition, unused, in original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Unless the product is not what you ordered, all return postage costs will be at your expense.

Faulty Products

If an item you purchased is faulty, Naturehike Africa is happy to exchange the product or credit you for the purchase amount. The item has to be in new condition, unused and returned within 2 months of delivery.

Naturehike Africa will arrange for the collection of the faulty item. 

1 Year Warranty

To ensure your peace of mind, we've included a 1 year warranty on factory faults on all our products. Wear and tear due to usage or abuse of the product is not covered. Naturehike Africa will assess warranty claims on a case by case basis and will determine whether to repair or replace the item.  

How to Return Items

Before sending the item, please notify us that you will be returning it as well as the reason(s) for the return (in case of faulty products please include photos showing the fault) by sending an email to:

Naturehike Africa takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us or are damaged. We suggest that you take out postal insurance before sending items.
