Return Shipping Fees
If Naturehike Africa sent you the wrong item or the item is defective we will cover the return shipping cost. For other returns shipping fees will be for the buyers account.
1-Year Warranty
To ensure your peace of mind, all our products carry a 1-year warranty against factory defects. Wear and tear due to use or abuse is not covered. Naturehike Africa will assess warranty claims on a case-by-case basis. To request a warranty claim, please log into your account and request a return.
