A 230 by 140 cm sheet of PU 4000 mm nylon that works as rain gear, a solo tarp or a groundsheet. At 500 g it replaces three separate items in a pack, and worn as a poncho it covers you and your pack at the same time, which a jacket cannot.
Best for
Hiking in changeable weather, where you want rain cover that also gives you shelter at a rest stop.
Not ideal for
Regular use as a groundsheet if you also rely on it for rain. At 21D the fabric is thin, and grit and roots will eventually puncture it.
