The Naturehike Aqua Shoe is a lightweight water shoe built for beach, river, and water-based activities. A highly elastic mesh upper breathes well and dries quickly, while drainage holes in the rubber sole prevent water pooling underfoot. Two adjustable straps allow a secure, customised fit across different foot shapes.
Best for
Beach walks, fishing, rowing, kloofing, and water-based activities — or as a lightweight second shoe on multi-day hikes where a packable water crossing option is needed.
Not ideal for
Primary hiking footwear on rough or technical terrain where ankle support and a stiffer sole are required.

I needed water shoes to scout a kloof for a hiking trip in Grootbosch near Magoebaskloof. The shoes were perfect as I mostly used the river as a path down the kloof. I could keep my hiking boots dry for the rest of the hike

Great fit and these helped a lot on slippery rocks. Crossed a few rivers with ease which would have been nightmarish without feet protection.
I bought a pair of Naturehike water shoes on line. Firstly, they arrived very quickly. But they didn't fit. Panic as it was now very close to my big hike with many river crossings. I sent them back - I got the right size (hint - a snug fit is better than too big - they are not like hard shoes). What a fabulous experience. Water squishes out of them quickly. they dry quickly. The velcro makes them a proper snug fit. And - best of all - I could take in some of the less technical sections of the hike wearing these comfortable shoes instead of having to be on and off with my hiking boots all the time. All in all - a big WIN

The product is great, its the descriptions on the website that have sour'd the purchase somewhat for us. It would be advisable to inform the purchaser that sizing is a complex matter - Example : I was buying a pair for myself [UK Size 10] and my Fiancé [UK Size 7]. When i started the purchase via the website, i had an uneasy feeling with the 'M' & 'L' sizing reference, we have had issues when buying shoes on-line for my Fiancé. I decided to purchase the 'L' in the colour that she requested - upon arrival, it was too large for her and fitted me perfectly [Which was not as indicated for the sizing], We then ordered her the 'M' in her now preferred colour. Also to note the 'L' came with an extra pair of in-souls and the 'M' did not come with an extra pair of in-souls. As mentioned we both love our aquashoes. i mention what i have hoping that you would create more awareness on your website, promoting the purchaser to do their research regarding your shoe size and how it aligns with the sizing scale of the product. Took these on a hike up the Swartberg Pass in a river and they were a gamechanger! The ability to move from rock to rock was amazing!

very comfortable. slightly over sized for my size 8 foot? next size down is 7.5 which i was worried would be too tight
They sent me the incorrect size - when I finally got the correct size - was disappointed that they were smaller than advertised- they do fit but quite tight. Hopefully will work for my hike
The shoe size (XL) can’t fit me… they are too small for my feet

Prompt delivery with good communication. The shoes are a tight fit but comfortable I normally wear an 11 or 12 shoe, so an XL would have been ideal but is not available

Love the colour. Would love more protection around the toe area as toe holes can develop around that area.

Product as advertised. Super impressed with the speed of delivery. No fuss. Will definitely use this company again. One has to be SO careful these days with online ordering, so it's great to find a company that is on the ball. The shoes fit and feel great. Love the shoes, excellent product. Only had a bit of an issue with certain colours not in stock but show in stock on website, it delayed delivery. But when i contacted them, they were friendly and i chose another colour and it was then sent by next day delivery which i did not really expected. Service is excellent, i am going to order more and i will continue to support this company.
