A sleeping bag sized for younger children, with a pillow built in that lifts out for washing or for use on its own. That is one less thing to pack and one less thing to lose at a campsite. The whole bag goes in the machine, which matters more with children than with anyone else.
Best for
Children aged roughly 4 to 8, and first camping trips where keeping the kit simple is worth more than saving weight.
Not ideal for
Older children. At 160 cm this will be outgrown around age 8, where the Children's Growing Sleeping Bag extends to 190 cm and covers up to 13.
