Twenty-five litres at 600 g, which is lighter than most packs half its size. A ventilated back panel keeps the pack off your spine so air can move, and the shell is water resistant enough to shrug off a light shower.
Best for
Day hikes, commuting and use as a travel daypack, where you want the capacity without the weight.
Not ideal for
Overnight trips. Twenty-five litres will not take a tent and sleeping system. Sustained rain also calls for a rain cover, which is not included.

Getting the fit right
Torso length is not the same as your height, and it matters more than anything else for how a pack carries. Feel for the bony bump at the base of your neck where it meets your shoulders, then place your hands on your hips with thumbs pointing back until they meet at the top of your hip bones. Measure along your spine between those two points.
