A 3 L pot that cooks a proper one-pot meal for a group rather than boiling water for two. Anodised aluminium heats fast and evenly at 537 g, and the bare hardened surface takes a metal spoon without the flaking you get from non-stick.
Best for
Cooking for four to six at a vehicle-based camp, where a stew or a potjie-style meal beats individual portions.
Not ideal for
Solo backpacking or induction hobs. At 21 cm across it needs a wide burner, and aluminium will not work on an induction plate at home.
